E73 - Shelby Johnson, From Vet to Real Estate Financial Freedom

Shelby served in the Army for 6 years and got out as a Captain in the beginning of 2018 to dive into Real Estate full time as both an agent & investor.

Out the gate, she was recognized as the Keller Williams Rookie of the Year all of North & South Carolina closing 48 transactions.  She moved on to create a traditional team in Fayetteville, NC -- Five Pillars Realty Group -- which closed 500+ transactions in the first 2.5 years.  In mid-2021 after hitting ICON 3 years in a row, Shelby transformed Five Pillars Realty Group into "Five Pillars Nation," a downline-model community, and shifted out of production.

In 2024, after years of growing the community, coaching, speaking and investing, Shelby & her husband Drake moved to Lexington, KY and decided to get back into production to build out "Five Pillars Team of Lexington."  They're rocking & rolling, ready to take the best care of your Lexington, KY referrals.

Shelby also has years of experience flipping, wholesaling, and acquiring rentals (both short-term and long-term).  She founded “Pints & Properties,” a nationwide Real Estate Investors and is passionate about helping real estate agents use their active income to build passive income portfolios.
