Todd Back is the co-founder and operator of The Brokerage, an independent real estate company based in Lexington, KY. Since its inception in 2018, The Brokerage set out to create a unique culture rooted in the core philosophy of collaboration. Under Todd's leadership, The Brokerage has grown from 19 to 65 Real Estate Advisors and has sold the most homes in Lexington, KY since 2020. In 2022, The Brokerage closed over 1000 transaction sides with a sales volume of $375 million. Prior to starting The Brokerage, Todd became a licensed Realtor in 2006 after graduating from the University of Kentucky. With his passion for real estate and his commitment to the belief that “a rising tide lifts all boats”, Todd Back is a leader and strives to create an environment where agents can be the best version of themselves while also providing an unmatched level of service to their clients.
